The go well with, filed by Harald McPike, was formally dismissed by the U.S. District Courtroom for the Japanese District of Virginia April 18, based on courtroom filings. That dismissal came after the two sides reached a settlement in a March 28 assembly with a decide.

The filings don’t state the terms of the settlement. A spokesperson for Area Adventures confirmed April 26 that the company had settled the go well with, but declined further remark. The regulation agency of Clare Locke LLP, which represented McPike in the go well with, did not respond to a request for comment.
